u can do multiband sidechaining with that unit if im not mistaken. u have to go to the advanced options tab in the plugin to set the key and stuff.

+1 to this. Individual sidechain input (mono or stereo) and level control per band would be awesome, especially now that we have multi channel metering in MCP and TCP.

This has been requested before a while back I thought...but yeah, would be very awesome! A work around can be done though using JS: LOSER/3BandSplitter and Joiner and putting ReaComp on the frequency band you want with the side chain set up.

It would blow up the GUI a bit, but hey, what's another dropdown for this much power. One should also consider whether or not the compression band filters should also be used for filtering the sidechain as well, or the ReaComp method of providing a high and lowpass filter, which is then set to the band frequencies by default but would remain flexible. That would be a nice touch. I am told the Waves C6 compressor has some nice new concepts too in this regard. If anyone here is a user of that, perhaps they could chime in ? In all though, I wouldn't mind ReaXComp getting a slightly larger GUI anyway. That graphical view could be wider at the very least.

I'm quite happy with this fx chain I made (if you can make sense of it) ;) instructions are on the below post, it's a great dynamic eq but you might get best results at low latencies of say 64 or 32.
