hi all i recently replaced my heater matrix (what a great write up that is) and removed the front carpets and sound insulation, i found no insulation for the passenger side footwell only a bit of foam, there is insulation for the drivers footwell and for the entire back. i presume this has been removed in the past when the matrix has previously been replaced, does anybody know for sure if it is meant to have it ? the car is a 1997 940 cd 2.3 turbo estate. thanks gary

Hi, Yes, Frost Auto restorers: .... However, they have a limited range. Google for sound insulation. Some of these In Car Entretainment places have a very wide selection of materials.. :) Des. . . ;)

Hi, Any info on companies / products / techniques for sound insulation would be much appreciated. I have a V40 T4 '02 which is really noisy on the motorway that I'm trying to work out what to do with. Thanks! Andy
