pitch bend to cc004

I Would like use the pitch bend wheel for hihat control with my futur drum sample bank for ReaSamplomatic5000. Transform the pitch bend like pedal control, but I don't know how to do, what JS use and how ? Thx !

mmmh is not a JS, I would like to do a bank with only Reaper ressource, for share easily.

I do not know of any existing JS FX that will do that (but I have not looked at them all) which is why I suggested that plug-in. But as you want to use Reaper resources only, then it would not be difficult to write a new JS FX.
