Cannot add few fx chains

I create toolbar with plugin buttons before. For adding FX on my tracks. But i find out that if for example TRACK 1 already have Lime EQ (Acustica Audio) i can't add second instance of Lime EQ by my FX buttons. But can do it manually by searching in FX Browser. Same problem for all VST plugins. Not for Acustica's only. I create another tactics lately. Create shortcuts for plugins as FX Chains and make another toolbar. But have same issue!!! If i add ANY my Fx Chain to track (manually of by button) a can't add any additional Fx Chains to this or ANY track who already have applied Fx Chain. It is bug or a feature? It's driving me crazy day by day! How to fix that behavior?

I try your script - it's too many moves. I need my buttons works correctly without any crutches.

I noticed that if you hide the track from the track manager (hide it from the window with the arrangement in the mixer), the buttons stop working. It is necessary to return the track to the visibility of both areas and everything works. But this is also garbage. It should not be like this.
