HELP - Eleven Rack Expansion Pack

Hi, Got the 11 rack expansion pack,. everything downloads fine, unpacks fine. When i run the installer put in the correct serial and System ID It just freezes then comes back with TQ:HTTP request Fail?? Please help -

That error suggests you have have an issue with your internet connection, possibly firewall, you doing this from home? Another reason could be you have IE9 installed on your PC, I had to totally uninstall IE9. Just some ideas.

I have problem updating to Firmware v2. the first time it give me the http error, contact avid and they have it up again for me to update, but this time when i click the update NOTHIN appear... i waited for more then 15 minutes still nothing appear. Have contact Avid a number of days ago and still no respond yet... Can anyone provide a proper info on how i can update to V2 ... Thank You.

its the Eleven Rack Hardware .... but i am updating it on Windows 7

i have Internet Explorer uninstalled .... i am still waiting for their reply ... as of now they have not done so yet... Last reply is on September 16 2014

Today is 30th September and my Eleven Rack is still not updated yet... i wonder what kind of support they have.....

Receive a email from avid support :- the driver i use the eleven rack control panel the support asked me if possible to perform it "maybe" on a Windows base computer.... i don't run PT on Linux or on DOS But as of now i still can't get Eleven Rack to be updated ... day in day out i waited and can't they just even tell me a proper-way or help me to have a fix. I have try it on Win 7 x64 and win 8 x64, i have uninstall Antivirus software, Anti Malware software, uninstall Internet Explorer but still can't get it to be updated.
