How can I do a factory reset to the factory default settings on MAC? The manual only shows how to do it for PC.

Close REAPER, find your REAPER appdata directory <user>/Library/Application Data/REAPER), and rename the whole directory, from REAPER to something like REAPER_old. Then restart REAPER.

OSX 10.8.5 has no /library/application data There's /application support But there's no reaper in there! I've even use terminal to demand this machine shows me hidden files. Nope. Not there. EDIT: Ridiculous! I went user/hd/library/application support but it has to be user/library/application suport AND OF COURSE THE CORRECT /LIBRARY/ IS A *breath* hidden file which requires a terminal command to be shown. Thanks to this thread for showing me how to find the reaper data.

Also it's easy to get to the user library folder by clicking the Go menu, hold Option and the Library folder option magically appears!
