Time selection for rendering of parts

Hi, it would be nice if the track rendering could be done with time selection. (Maybe it is and I just don't know? At least nobody answers my thread ...) Example: Let's say I want to get a small part of a reverb tail of an instrument or vocs (e.g. reversed vocs reverb for a ghostly voice). Therefore I need to render the relevant part of the fx (send) track. Since send tracks don't contain any media items Reaper will render the WHOLE track (unless I render via the main menu/time selection and not with right-mouse click, which is somehow laborious).
