Hi, I'm looking for a quiet computer case with a quite power supply. I've thought about getting an antec p160 case at $145.00 with an antec phantom power supply at $133.00. It'll probably be quiet and cool but it's expensive. Has anyone had good experience with a budget case (sonata 3) with power supply? How is the cooling? Thanks

I forgot, I'll be putting in 3 sata drives.

Yes, I am using an Antec SOLO, with an Antec 500w power supply. It's reasonably quiet, especially considering that there's 2 SATA drives and 2 IDE drives in there....a word of warning, though, switch the actual case fan so it's on all the time. Yes, noisier, but with that much going on in there you gotta keep it cool! Very ingenious mounting system keeps the hardware from being solidly mounted to the case (even your DVD drive!) so there's no mechanical transmission. Last time I looked, they were right at $80 at mwave.com, sans power supply.
